Vacuum Leakage Prevention Technology of Glove Box

A stable vacuum sealing performance determines the overall working quality of a laboratory glove box. To maintain a long-term ultra-low oxygen and dry environment, the equipment adopts full-layer airtight structural design. All joints, observation windows, glove ports and transition doors are installed with high elasticity anti-aging sealing gaskets to prevent tiny air leakage. Before daily operation, technicians conduct vacuum pressure holding tests to check tightness and ensure no external air penetrates into the working chamber. The dual-door antechamber design isolates the main cabin from the outside atmosphere completely. During material entry and exit, vacuum pumping and gas replacement are carried out independently in the transition area, avoiding pressure fluctuation and air mixing inside the main box. Regular vacuum calibration and purification circulation further optimize the internal atmosphere. With reliable leakage-proof vacuum technology, the glove box provides a stable and safe closed environment for air-sensitive chemical experiments and battery material preparation.
