A vacuum glove box is a professional sealed laboratory device designed to provide a low-water and low-oxygen working environment for sensitive material experiments. It mainly consists of a sealed main chamber, a vacuum transition chamber, a vacuum pump and an inert gas purification circulation system. The core principle is vacuum evacuation and inert gas replacement. Before sample operation, the transition chamber pumps out all air to form a negative pressure vacuum state, which removes oxygen, moisture and dust contaminants. After repeated vacuum-purge cycles with high-purity nitrogen or argon, the internal air impurities are diluted to an ultra-low level. The main chamber maintains stable positive inert pressure and isolated sealing status to avoid external air infiltration. Equipped with a circulating purification system, the glove box continuously adsorbs residual water and oxygen in the air. This mature vacuum sealing technology effectively prevents chemical oxidation and material deterioration, which is essential for battery research, chemical synthesis and semiconductor testing experiments.
